Liam HuxleyCEO and Founder
Liam ran investment banking development groups in both the UK and the US before co-founding Syncova which developed the market-leading platform for Hedge Fund portfolio margin and financing - providing calculation & optimization for both Prime Brokers and Hedge Funds. Syncova was acquired by Advent Software in 2011. Liam then founded Cassini with a forward-looking concept of providing the buy-side with full modeling of all the new costs and constraints created by clearing and related regulations, to allow more efficient trading and portfolio management.

Thomas GriffithsHead of Product
Thomas Griffiths has almost two decades’ worth of experience in the capital markets and financial services sectors. Starting his career at ABN Amro bank in the early 2000s, Thomas has since held numerous senior management roles including Head of Equity Hybrids and Head of Equity Exotics at RBS.

Harry has an academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Complex Systems Simulation. He now heads up Cassini’s technology teams, having led the design and development of the platform since the first prototypes in 2014.

Sam has over 20 years of experience in the derivatives markets. He began his career at SuperDerivatives (now ICE Data Services) before moving on to a similar role at Bloomberg. Most recently, he worked in Sales Management at Nex -TriOptima (formerly ICAP).

Lottie GriffithsHead of Marketing
Lottie is a skilled marketing specialist of 10 years and has gained most of her experience in the financial services software industry. Lottie now heads up marketing at Cassini, where her main role is to facilitate and grow the marketing communications; developing and implementing a strategy that pushes Cassini towards brand recognition and success. Lottie is also accountable for company-wide content creation and management across print and digital platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and leads for sales, as well as customer retention.

David has 20+ years of international experience in enabling field sales, business development, scaling businesses, governance, and global partnership strategies. He has held a multitude of roles to help develop businesses for sales generation including resourcing, GTM, and execution from start-up to key functions deliverance.
Global Head of Client Delivery
Magnus RannalaGlobal Head of Client Delivery
Magnus was previously a Nuclear Physicist with experience managing and delivering projects for both civil and defense nuclear projects, with experience at Rolls-Royce and SNC-Lavalin. He now applies his analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage the Cassini Client Delivery team and assist clients in getting to grips with the Cassini platform.
